Handcrafted Items
Each item on the hip mama’s jewelry website is carefully made by hand. Due to the natural variances in the semiprecious stones we use, there may be some slight color or size variations from piece to piece. This adds to the uniqueness of each piece and we feel is a special feature of hip mama’s jewelry.

Shipping
We offer USPS first class shipping on all orders. Express shipping is also available.
Returns/Exchanges
We take great pride in our jewelry and want you to shop with confidence! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at customerservice@hipmamasjewelry.com within 14 days of placing your order. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returned merchandise. Refunds will be given in the same form of purchase used for payment and will be processed within 7 days.
Custom designs are NOT eligible for return, no exceptions.
